You may use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes related to requesting moving information or services. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, access unauthorized areas, or submit false information.

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site are informational and do NOT constitute a binding offer or a contract. The final price depends on an assessment of the inventory, route, dates and actual moving conditions.

Any moving service is governed by a separate, written service agreement / bill of lading, which prevails over any Site information. SSH Movers reserves the right to adjust or decline a quote.

The description of services on the Site is general. The scope, exclusions, insurance coverage and responsibilities of each party are detailed in the service agreement you sign with SSH Movers before the move.

The Site's content (text, logos, images, design and trademarks) is owned by SSH Movers, Inc. or used under license, and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without written authorization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the accuracy, continuous availability or error-free nature of the content. We do not warrant that the Site is free from interruptions or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSH Movers, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on its content, including informational quotes. Liability for moving services is governed exclusively by the applicable service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold SSH Movers, Inc. harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or take responsibility for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
